Another fantastic day to be out. Perfect weather, a light breeze to keep the heat down but calm enough to fly. A couple of beautiful turbines out to fly, as well as a few piston and electric props and electric ducted fans.

The delta wing pusher-style electric foam plane with the tiger mural on the tails was amazingly fast and agile. The dark blue electric ducted fan Panther jet looked great in the air also. What can you say about the turbines though - nothing stops the whole airfield to watch like a turbine does. More flights for the F-16 and the Kangaroo jet were fantastic to watch and a pleasure to photograph. Fantastic pilots there today all round also, a real pleasure to spend time with.

The Canon 40D coupled with the 100-400L was a weapon today, despite the harsh sunlight. Took over 500 images, here are my favourites.
